HZ-20型混凝土鉆孔取芯機/取芯機廠家/鉆孔機價格/取芯機價格/鉆孔機廠家主要有兩個用途,一是水平面鉆孔用,適用于道釘安裝, 路樁安 裝,橋梁鉆孔,集成房屋樁基鉆孔等,已廣泛應用于交通工程公司,中鐵集團,集成房屋公司等單位;二是取芯用,適用于路面取芯做試驗用,已廣泛應用于各地檢測中心。鉆機采用本田汽油發(fā)動機為動力,具有外觀美觀、結實耐用、啟動方便、運轉可靠、操縱簡便，配備市場上人造金剛石簿壁鉆頭，適合鉆取混凝土，水泥，瀝青路面，巖石等多種物質，并可配置電打火裝置。zui大鉆孔取芯直徑：∮200mm zui大鉆孔取芯深度： 550mm 650mm 700mm 功率： 5.5馬 8.5馬力 9馬力 10馬力 12馬力 13馬力 操作規(guī)程 1）為保證安全正常工作，使用前先閱讀使用說明書，熟悉鉆機的結構和使用方法。 2）鉆機行走到需要工作的位置后，將行走輪向后擺動180度，并操縱手柄使行走輪與方向輪離開地面，調整四只調節(jié)螺栓，使底座穩(wěn)妥地置于工作位置上，此時底座平面離地。 3）把鉆機立柱與升降絲桿擦干凈，調整好主軸位置。 4）將水泵接上水源，并向加水桶加水，以保證給水泵能正常給水工作。 5）安裝上鉆頭。 6）按汽油發(fā)動機使用說明書要求，檢查調整發(fā)動機各個部位，處于正常狀態(tài)，可以啟動發(fā)動機。開始鉆孔取芯。 使用注意事項 1、 鉆機鉆孔時，應手感阻力不大，切削平穩(wěn)，鉆時進給速 度為 4-5m/min 左右當鉆孔接近完畢時， 由于切削力的改 變，鉆孔有些震動，此時要適當降低進給速度，當切削 完畢時，應立即快速提升鉆頭直至刃口脫離工作，并關閉鉆機和切斷水源。 2、 整個鉆進過程必須保持充分水冷卻 3、 鉆孔中和鉆孔結束快速提升鉆頭時，不得停車，而應待 鉆頭剛剛脫離工作時，停止主軸旋轉，再將鉆頭提升。 4、 鉆進中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)鉆頭卡住，應迅速將鉆頭提升一段，然 后再慢慢鉆入，切忌硬性鉆進而打壞鉆頭。 5、 如鉆進過程中，電機溫度超過 70℃，應暫時停機，待冷 卻后再使用。 6、 撥動開關鈕，正向轉動操作手柄，使鉆頭慢慢接觸混凝土表面，待鉆頭刀部入槽后，方可加壓進鉆。 7、 如在鉆進過程中，出現(xiàn)鉆頭不能鉆進，鉆頭表面金剛石 部分沒有全部露出，需用強磨耗材料（如耐火磚，砂輪 等）開刃，時鉆頭表面曾金剛石*露出，此時用手模表面層，由毛糙感，方可進鉆。
